Position-Assistant Manager – Legal
Location – Mumbai
Qualifications-LLB/LLM Law graduate with 4 to 8 years- experience in Non-litigation matters with a a years- experience in litigation.
Note-Must have experience in Banking or BFSI domain
Responsible For:
– Having Strong understanding of companies Act, Contract Act, FEMA, SEBI,RBI Arbitration.
– To understand the legal issues/hurdles faced by the businesses /Projects.
– To liaise with external legal Consultants for specific cases/issues /contracts/documentations/legal advisory services as required and review the work done by them.
– To Prepare /review all internal documents related to loans/agreements/associations including Projects related/Loans/Financial Documents.
– To provide Status updates/Reports Related to the non-litigation cases handled to the respective stakeholders as required.
– To research on legal  aspects like cases/updates/acts/special provisions,etc to ensure effective legal
solutions and support is provided to the organization.
– To provide support in various internal projects related to the Standardization of legal
documents / Having agreements/processes as required.
– To draft term sheets,Joint venture agreements,share purchase agreements,share subscription agreements,ancillary documents as per requirements.
– To assist in handling litigations.
