    • 1. To advise the Management on domestic/commercial law relating to Companies including employment related legislation.
    • 2. Working with the Heads of State to scrutinize the risks related to business and its legal implications and providing legal guidance and direction.
    • 3. Managing the legal documentation related work for the Company and preparing appropriate business agreements for all business partners.
    • 4. To advise across the organization on the legal effects of policy proposals;
    • 5. Where required, to assist in formulation of evidence for submission to inquiries, Select Committees and other formal tribunals;
