Job Description

    1. Must have handled legal matters particularly civil, contractual, arbitration matters
    2. Knowledge of court procedures/adjudication before various courts
    3. Well versed with various civil acts like CPC, Arbitration Act, Law of Contract etc.
    4. Drafting and vetting of notices, contracts, MOU, reply, agreements, plaints and other legal correspondences
    5. Coordination with various internal department for collecting brief documentation, information required to build the matter properly.
    6. Coordination with panel advocates from briefing of the matter to filing and further time to time review regarding the progress of various legal matters.
    7. Time to time review and update to the management through MIS in respect of various ongoing and upcoming legalmaters
    8. Appearance independently or with panel advocates before various courts, arbitration, proceedings or any other panel/authority related to the legal/ statutory matters on the behalf of the company
    9. must be willing to travel anywhere in India

Salary:INR 5,00,000 – 7,00,000 P.A.
